Ausfastbuy only ships to Australia.
All orders placed with Ausfastbuy are shipped free.
We ship with Australia Post, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number emailed or texted to you depending on what information you enter on checkout, once your item is fulfilled you can track at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification and packaging and sending parcels from the warehouse to Australia Post takes time. All orders are packaged and fulfilled/sent out within 3 business days Orders are processed Monday through to Friday. Please note that Australia post is not open Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and that can add extra days to your order being posted.
- Shipping time: Once your order has been processed please allow 5 to 9 days for your order to arrive. Australia post works 7 days a week to process delivers but only delivers your product Monday through to Friday. Please allow extra time especially if you live in a regional or remote area it always takes longer for Australia Post to deliver to those places because of the distance.
- All order are shipped with Australia Post as fast as possible, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number straight to your door. Please use that tracking number on the Australia Post website
- Covid shipping delays, Australia Post has informed us that there is some shipping delays because of Covid border restrictions etc, please be patient when waiting for your parcel to arrive. If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24hours on a workday.
Free Shipping takes 5-9 Days for delivery. Australia Post has asked customers to allow extra time for Covid delays in some situations.
We only ship and sell to Australia, any non Australian purchases will be refunded.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us immediately because we process orders every day. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment If you would like to exchange the item please email us at email@example.com and we will organise it for you, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of any returned items for exchange.
Never received your order
If you do not get an Australia post tracking number emailed or texted to you within 5 days of placing your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If after getting your tracking number and you still don't receive your parcel after 15 days please take your Australia Post tracking number to your local post office they may be holding your parcel after an attempted delivery and you were not home. If Australia Post does not have your parcel and your parcel tracking number is showing it has been delivered please email us at email@example.com and we will check with Australia post.
