Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving delivery of your item to contact us and request a refund or return. After that we do not accept refunds or returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must be within 30 days of receiving your product.
To start a return or refund, contact us at email@example.com we will confirm with you the address to send the item and to write your address, name and order number on the back of the parcel so we can identify your return. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the postage costs of returned items.
Once we have received your returned parcel and confirmed the item is in its original packaging and original condition with all its accessories we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 days for once you receive notification that your refund has been processed to receive the money in your bank account. If you paid via Paypal please check your Paypal account to see if the money has been deposited there. If you have not received the money after 5 working days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will check the refund was processed correctly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item damaged, please take a photo and send that photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement item. Please allow up to 3 days for processing the replacement and up to 9 days for shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges will only be accepted up to 30 days after your parcel has been delivered. If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and what you would like to exchange for. For items to be OK to exchange they must be in original condition, in the original packaging and with all the accessories We will then email you with the address to send your item. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping of the item to be exchanged. Once we have received the item and inspected it please allow up to 3 days for processing the exchange and up to 9 days for shipping.
If you receive the wrong product please take a photo and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will organise the correct item to be shipped to you. Please allow up to 3 days for processing the replacement and up to 9 days for shipping.
If your order never arrives please check with your local Australia Post office that they are holding an undelivered parcel for you, take your Australia Post shipping number to them. If Australia Post can not find your item please contact us and we will organise a replacement item.Please allow up to 3 days for processing the replacement and up to 9 days for shipping.
Cancellation after order
If after placing your order you want to cancel please email us immediately at email@example.com , if your order has not been shipped then we will cancel and issue a full refund, please allow up to 5 days for that refund to hit your bank account or Paypal account. If your order has already been posted please follow the steps in the "Refunds/Returns" policy outlined above to return your order.
All our products have a 12 month warranty. If your item is faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and product fault/problem and we will organise a replacement product. We will email you with the address to send the product, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping of the faulty item. Please allow up to 3 days for processing the replacement and up to 9 days for shipping.
